Refunds & Returns Policy

At RoamVYX, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which you may return items purchased from https://roamvyx.com.

🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery
You have a valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

Note: We do not accept returns for:

Intimate or personal care items (e.g., undergarments)
Items marked as Final Sale
Customized or personalized products
Products damaged by misuse or mishandling

🔁 Return Process

Email us at: [email protected] with your order ID and reason for return
Wait for our team to approve the return and provide the return address
Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status

💵 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
If the item was purchased during a discount or offer, the discounted price will be refunded

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos. We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

❗ Important Notes

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer
RoamVYX is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
